Participants should be comfortable with moderate hiking and approximately 5 hours of horseback riding. Good walking shoes, sun protection, a reusable water bottle and comfortable outdoor clothing are recommended.
關於天氣
Kazakhstan can experience warm and dry conditions in the lower-altitude areas during summer, while mountain areas around Almaty, Kolsai and Kaindy can be cooler. Weather and trail conditions may vary, so pack comfortable layers and sun protection.

體能需求
This is an active adventure with several hiking and horseback riding days. Expect approximately 4–5 hours of hiking on Day 2, around 5 hours of horseback riding on Day 4, and 2–3 hours of hiking in Aktau and Katutau. Some days also involve long drives of 5–7+ hours.
