Participants should be comfortable with horseback riding, rafting and hiking. A special border zone permit is required for the Kok-Kiya / Kel-Suu area and will be arranged in advance as part of the tour package.
關於天氣
Summer conditions can vary between Bishkek, the mountain valleys and high-altitude areas. Temperatures may be cooler at Song-Kul and Kok-Kiya, especially in the evenings and overnight. Participants should be prepared for changing mountain weather and bring suitable layers and outdoor clothing.

體能需求
This is an active adventure trip involving rafting, horseback riding, hiking and long drives through remote mountain regions. Participants should be comfortable with outdoor activities and travelling through high-altitude areas. Horseback riding is included on Days 3 and 5, while hiking is included at Ak-Sai Canyon on Day 6.
