What is included?

Who are the beginner lessons taught by?
Beginner lessons are taught by professional certified instructors to ensure you learn proper technique and safety.
Do I need to buy my own snowboard or skis?
No need to buy your own gear! Snowboards/skis, boots, and poles are all provided as part of your trip package unless you specifically opt out. We work with quality rental shops to ensure you get well-maintained equipment that's properly fitted to your skill level and preferences. If you prefer to bring your own gear, a reduction in price will be given at checkout.
What special gear do I need to bring for a snow trip?
The only specialised gear we recommend you purchase are ski goggles!
You will need essential winter clothing like a waterproof jacket and pants, thermal layers & gloves. Helmet rentals are included in the beginner and improver programme. We'll send you a comprehensive packing checklist after you have booked your trip.
When do I book my flights for the trip?
We recommend booking your flights only after your trip is confirmed. Once confirmed, we'll notify you immediately so you can arrange your travel. For the best rates and availability, book your flights at least 6-8 weeks before the trip start date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation because we know things can change.
Most of our trips have a flexible change policy 30 to 60 days before departure. For the specific cancellation policy of each trip, you can find it on the trip's checkout page.
Are flights and travel insurance included?
Personal travel insurance is not included in your package and you are highly recommended to purchase it given the adventurous nature of our trips!
Flights are not included to give you maximum flexibility — we provide detailed flight recommendations and arrival/departure guidelines so you arrive in time for all the fun.
